Opportunity Intelligence Studio: Multi-Agent Account Research

Problem
Account research for a new market is a weekend of tabs: website, news, stack guesses, and a generic email. Rankings without evidence are not something a consultant can send.
Solution
A scoped multi-agent pipeline: the user sets country, industry, service, and goal; eight specialist agents research, map pain, estimate ROI, draft outreach, and critic-review the pack, with dossiers, a knowledge graph, and PDF export.
What Dmitri Derevjanko built
Dmitri designed the eight-agent workflow, dossier format, ranking and comparison views, evidence/assumption panels, analytics, live agent feed, executive brief and outreach copy, and the React/vinext UI deployed as a public demo.
Architecture
- Scope (country, industry, service, goal) is configured before a scan.
- Eight agents cover research, company intelligence, pain, solution, ROI, outreach, critic, and executive reporting.
- Dossiers store tier, maturity, stack, public signals, pain, automation opportunities, and priority.
- A knowledge graph links signals, friction, workflows, and assumptions so recommendations stay inspectable.
- The UI reveals work as agents finish; PDF and copy are the handoff artifacts.

Result

Limitations
- Account narratives are built from structured public-signal patterns for a demo corpus, not a live licensed data firehose.
- ROI figures are scenario estimates for conversation, not audited savings.
- Outreach copy still needs a human before it is sent.
